Gargoyle Wings MTX visual bug

The Gargoyle Wings MTX (at the least Sulphurous variation, but I would assume all) description states "make you move like a real bat out of hell, leaving a wide trail behind you while you have an active speed boosting buff", but in PoE2 these activate when you have a movement speed debuff. Not a big deal but also not what it says on the tin.
