Mercenary Corssbow bug

hi guys
i have start a mercenary recently
i have a problem to pickup loot on the ground
afterward i find out is when ever i eq a crossbow, i can not pickup loot from the ground, can not click to load zone unless i uneq the crossbow

anyone of u guys have this problem?
