bugged accendancy on 2 characters unable to get 3rd set of skills

Done some looking online and this seems to be a bug thats been around for awhile. I just got my second character to act 2 cruel and the coin didnt drop again. If i kill her again it doesnt drop.

The quest Ascend to Power in Cruel isn't needed for 3. and 4. ascendancies, just ignore it.
You need to run trials with high enough area levels (60+ or 75+): Ascendancy class

And the Djinn Barya / Inscribed Ultimatum should show in the description if you get ascendancy points after running all the floors / trials.
