Overwhelming Presence spirit gem issue

So after the changes done to this spirit gem, now the additional information about it does not display anymore and cannot see the quality details also. At this point I am not even sure if that spirit gem is even working properly anymore, please GGG look into this.

Same experience. I've had others try to make the gem, and everyone is experiencing the same issue. A huge portion of the player base (~7%) use this game and it was supposed to be buffed in the patch - but instead they broke it.

Hopefully this is an easy fix - would be nice if GGG would comment.
