Electrocution and more! (poe2)

The ailment 'electrocute' is meant to "prevent enemies from performing any action". However, when afflicted with electrocution, enemies are still able to perform the actions of their modifiers. (summon lightning, create explosion, etc.)
Is this intended or a bug?



On an unrelated note....

When you are in the trials, you cannot open the stash when there is an item selected on your cursor. it will drop or deselect the item. This behavior is inconsistent with every other instance of opening your stash in the game. Which is a minor inconvenience. That's all.
