Unable to Obtain last 4 points in atlas from Corrupted Nexus

The last completed nexus did not drop any books of knowledge. I am now at 36/40 and the last completed nexus was only Tier 12+. I believe 30 points should be from nexus and 10 points from unique maps , right? Please correct me if I am wrong.

I think this is due to the updated change where now +5 atlas per nexus was given.
