Fix Omen of Amelioration.

Level 94. Absolute slog to level beyond this. This is the second time now I've randomly died but my omen hasn't gone off and I've just lost like 30 maps of progress. I understand it's only 1 per map, but even when I'm deathless on a map it isn't working.

Fix it.
