Loot disappearing off ground post patch 0.2.0g

Xbox player. After patch 0.2.0g loot from enemies/boxes/chests is disappearing off of the ground within 2-3 seconds. If I drop loot out of my inventory onto the ground it immediately disappears instead of staying on the ground. Anyone else experiencing this? If so bump it up to tech support!
