Exalts gone with new patch.

Ok so in the old patch before 0.2.0g I was getting exalted orbs steadily during campaign and early maps.
I have not seen single exalted orb since the patch kicked in!
Sure I got all kinds of other currency (chaos, vaal, orb of chance), but not exalts.
