Citadel map failed after disconnect

I was clearing a citadel map when the ping starts spiking high and ended up disconnected back to the login screen. After I logged in again, the map portals disappeared (blue map, so all 5 portals should be remained since I didn't die). Can't try the map again in atlas world map, the node saying 'map failed'.

It's really frustrating losing my first citadel to this. Please fix this bug. I haven't played another map since
