Atlas Tree Nodes capped at 38/40?

I can't get another the last 2 points, I tried clear more Corrupted Nexus(The T15 Nexus quest I already completed it days ago).
But, I still not getting more points.

Anyone have any clue? Or a temporary fix or a trick to fix.

I’m having g the same issue, I’ve done my T15 nexus, been hammering all the ‘Unique Maps’ I can find but still no book to get those last two points.
