Urgent – Gamebreaking Bug

Hi Support,

Currently, the game becomes unplayable upon reaching the "Jungle Ruins." Players are stuck on the loading screen, preventing further progress in the story or gameplay. Characters remain trapped in the loading screen, making continued play impossible.

Before the latest update, it was at least possible to reset the instance using a workaround—by switching to another character for 8–15 minutes or taking a short break. This is no longer effective; characters now remain stuck in the loading screen for over a day.

Please address this issue promptly, as it renders the game unplayable and is one of the most critical bugs at the moment.
