Why are Corrupted Nexus only on the most annoying maps ?

I mean, maps like Steppe, Blooming field, are the most GARBAGE maps in the game, and also badly optimized.

I think it's random, since i have found few nexus in crypt, but yah, blooming field is cancer along with Vaal factory.
