Ritual Chaotic Boils Autoactivating + Burrowed Monsters

I wish I could just clip and show these things lol. But yeah this hasn't happened often but I just was in a ritual where there's a monster left to complete the ritual under about 5-10 chaotic boils endlessly spawning and exploding on their own. Surely this is not intended.
