Atlas Passive Skill Points Issues

The 0.2.0g patch said it gives 5 points now instead of 2 and that retroactive points were being granted. When I logged in I had 12 points. Shouldn't I have a multiple of 5?

Issue #2:
I completed the Castaway unique map just now and was awarded an atlas skill tree book. I hovered over the book and it said it awards 5 points. I clicked the book to use it and I only gained 2 points.

Somehow I think my character is on the old points system somehow. Does anyone know what's going on or what I may be missing?

I think we get 30 from the Nexus, each book is 5 pts, and 10 from unique maps, 5 unique maps at 2pts each. This would total 40.

I was on the quest for corrupted nexus 6 before the patch.
Log in, just 10 points from completed nexuses instead of the 25 i was suposed to get for completing the 5 nexuses.
Do a corrupted nexus with a key lvl 6,
don't get any atlas points whatsoever....rip
and also didn't get any credit for the completion, still on corrupted 6....

i'd like to point out that on that map i had to fight the boss as an objective and i died 1 time
all monsters dissapeared from the map at that point, except the boss
after defeating the boss it did say map completed

also, the nexus that i completed was not marked in the fog of war map with red bubble
but it had the corrupted nexus name and it required a key with 4 moddifiers to start

At the moment i stay by 33 point on atlas. The questmarker tell me to complete nexus 13+. Map is done, area is purified but there is no book. So also with my wifes account. Seems to be a bug wihich should be fixed asap.

I looked into it further and I think I have the correct points for the quests I've completed and unique maps I've done.

However there is a bug. When you complete a unique map the book that drops when you mouseover it says it gives 5 points. It only gives 2. So the mouseover is bugged out.
