The Phaaryl Megalith -- can't interact with charged runes

I finally found the unique map, the Phaaryl Megalith, and finished all the bosses and got my atlas points. However, I didn't interact with the runes that charge after each boss during the fight itself, now I went back to town to sell some loot. I came back, and the runes are still charged, but I'm unable to access them.

Yes, they are broken.
It's the first problem I encountered after the patch.
After you leave the zone/die/whatever, you can't interact with the runes. So the best thing to do right now is to click on each rune after each stage during encounters, because [dc/die/leave zone] will cause all the runes before the current stage to disappear. Does not prevent new ones from appearing if the meeting has not been fully completed.
