Poe 2 - act 5 - Quest Ascent To Power

I finished all the quests and a colleague helped me complete all the ascendencies, but the game bugged on this quest -Act 5(2) Quest Ascent To Power - and won't start MAPS, always tells me that he needs to complete the campaign..
