character stuck in trial of chaos(trial of corruption

hi,

I went down the elevator without flipping the switch. Can't get back up, can't get the switch flipped, can't start the trial and can't reset the instance(even with relogging).

My character is now stuck inside an empty arena. Please help me out :).
