Djinn Barya disappeared and cannot enter Trial (Act 2)

I think my Djinn Barya is bugged. It disappeared and I can't enter the Trial of Sekhemas. I tried killing Balbala again to get Djinn Barya to drop but nothing happens. I also tried relogging and changing zones but still no Djinn Barya.
The quest is also still active and says I should talk to Zarka, but when I go there nothing happens. No dialogue, no progress, nothing.

Not sure if I did something wrong. Please help. Thanks!
