character stuck in infinite loading screen help

i have a level 90 huntress build , i was in a paarty of 2 and we went into a 10 tier trial of chaos , i activated the trial went over and we both went through , the person i was playing with is on ps5 he loaded into the game . I am on xbox x i have been loading into the trial for 35 mins i have reset game 6 times and turned of console and restarted but still just sit in loading screen is there a fix for this . i really dont want to restart and i definitley wont be able to buy the gear i have on either
