Characters stuck in bugged Waystone boss fight

I'm playing Huntress on a Steaming Springs waystone map, the Serpent Queen boss never emerged after burrowing into the ground in the middle of the fight. She is untargetable and der health bar is stuck at half, and there is nothing I can do to leave the area.

I switched to my Witch character and used the portal to the map my Huntress is in, hoping the boss would reset and I could just kill her on my Witch. Now my Witch is stuck in the arena, too.

I switched to my only other character capable of doing waystone maps and opened a new one, hoping it would close the previous area my other characters are stuck on. It did work to open a new map, but when I relog onto my Huntress and Witch...they are still stuck in the bugged boss area.

How do I get them out of there? Is there no "unstuck" option or reset area option?

Waiting 15 minutes offline seems to have resolved this and reset the map.
