Two Ritual Precursor tablets in a tower caused crazy re-roll price increase on affected maps

I just completed a tower and added 3 ritual precursor tablets to the tower. Two of the ritual tablets had 11% reduced cost to re-roll as modifiers. Every affected map in the tower range now says 'Re-rolling favours at ritual altars in area costs 16362% increased tribute'. That is quite far off the 22% less cost I was expecting.

EDIT: I just started running one of the affected maps, and re-roll cost shows as 780 tribute, so it does not appear to be more than a display issue on the global map.
