Breach Splinters not combining into Breach Stone

Like the title says, since patch yesterday 300 breach splinters no longer auto combine into a stone, rather they stay a stack of 300 splinters.

The only way to get it to go into a stone is to go to alva and start a trade then cancel it and it will return to your inventory as a single stone.

By chance, are you keeping the splinters in the bottom of your currency tab?
They don't combine in that tab.

No this was in my inventory I have a whole stash tab reserved for breach stuff, don't use my currency tab for them.
