Lost armour attachment cosmetic

I'm not sure when, but I just noticed that I lost an armour attachment. I purchased the blood spikes that kinda look like Arachnamagus Wings (I don't remember what they were called), and it just doesn't exist as an option for me anymore. Not sure if it got removed due to some issue or something, but curious if anyone else has experienced this.
