The Delirium atlas point: Would you like to see my face?

I am not sure if this is a bug or a change in 0.2.0.

With "Would you like to see my face?", normal monster was supposed to drop 2 splinters, but it only drops 1 splinter now. I just got this atlas point, so I don't know if this is after the 0.2.0g patch or not. It was supposed to be round up the result, now it seems to be round down the number. In this state, this atlas point is completed useless.
