Bug with the beetle strongbox and Omen of Secret Compartments

It consumes the omen but doesn't retrigger the beetle. There is also a bug with the omen that is supposed to have rogue exiles summon an ally, it will be consumed as soon as they appear and sometimes they won't even summon an ally even if you wait and give them an opportunity to.
