Zalmarath Boss Invincibilty Bug

Just encountered this. In Cruel act 2 in HC trade league. 3/4s of his life gone then all of a sudden he's completely invincible.

Im using a Chaos DOT Lich on Ps5. My skills wont target him in this invincible state and any projectiles I aim in his direction go straight through him.
