Please expose the Rare/Magic tiering to the filter api

I seem to remember Johnathan saying this would be a trivial change and with the change to loot, it is something that would be REALLY nice to have

Why in the world, if the change is trivial, would hooks not have already been given for loot filters?? Seems crazy if intentional -- if people are overworked and nobody can get to it then that's not sustainable either. |

when they spoke about it on the w/e podcast it was, they seemed surprised it wasn't already implemented. Probably just an oversight

An oversight once is understandable, esp. if they are under pressure.
Repeating the oversight in the next major patch that has specific buffs for that is not what I'd expect from a quality perspective. |
