100% desync while using dusk vigil

Dusk vigil, no supports, while casting you desync 100% of the time and its 100% reproducible.

Tried with different supports and no supports same issue, unequip the staff and desync goes away

It appears when ember fusillade is triggered from the staff it desyncs you back to where the cast started if you were moving.

Tried on click to move same issue if you move while casting
