Tangletongue DPS Bug!?

I've found a perfect rolled Tangletongue and euqipped it - but it shows me that is less DPS than my +17.87% rolled one. I know, there is 110 accuracy more on the lower rolled one, but the perfect rolled tangletongue has always be better or i'am wrong?

EDIT: okay nvm, i have watched over pob and it seems like, that the extra 110 accuracy makes the difference, thats somehow crazy to me
