Bugged Prism of Belief plz help!

I used a +2 Skeletal Sniper Prism for weeks now.

Yesterday i bought a +3 with most of my currency i had

I inserted it, but it doesn't work. the level is 2 lower than before. I unequipped my gem and reequipped it, i changed zones, i tried another skill gem, nothing helps.
The old +2 works fine. The new +3 seems to be bugged ;((

Please check what happened there. this was a really expensive upgrade which is now dead :(

Tried it so many times now, guess i have to sell it.

My +3 prism for skeletal snipers doesn't work either.

does a +2 work for you?

guess i am not the only one. Will there be a fix? For me that's a huge disappointment

anyone from staff chacking this?

are other skills affecteted too?
