Successful Corrupted Nexus does not grant item or advance quest

With the new point system, they've delayed me to the point of completing a Tier 2 Corrupted Nexus (I was on Tier 3).
The problem comes when I've re-committed to completing the Tier 2 Corrupted Nexus, completed it successfully, and the boss hasn't given me the item or advanced the quest. *** POSSIBLE SOLUTION, CHANGE THE LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH.... All quest are bugged in atlas?? When u make the first Logbook Expeditions quest and finisht, The quest should progress normally? Because I also completed the expedition and the quest didn't change its status.

Exactly the same for me. After I completed the third Nexus, I had a total of 10 Atlas points, and the quest is now telling me to complete the fourth Nexus.
