New character gets 1 unusable ATALAS passive point

Reproduction Step:
1. Create new DotH HC SSF character
2. Get first weapon
3. Have unusable ATLAS passive point




edit: It's an atlas passive point, mistakened it for a regular one.

I've noticed the same - especially for all characters who haven't received the atlas, it is very annoying to have the whole play time the blinking button (one cannot even open the atlas skill tree!).

I first needed to switch to an endgame character to put the atlas point in, although I play the campaign at the moment.
