Story bug and cant use map device

I had a quest bug in act 2 cruel, the quest saying to return to the caravan and talk to Zarka never went away after finishing quests, i was able to beat all the rest of story mode, but i cannot use the map device because that one quest in act 2 cruel still says talk to Zarka, i have tried to play all her dialog options but nothing gets rid of that quest to talk to her.

You cannot use the map device in your hideout until the character you're using has used the map device at the Ziggurat Refuge to clear a map.
