Overwhelming Presence lost stats and quality

I've had Overwhelming Presence equipped for a while now, and it's always shown the percentage of ailment and stun threshold that it was removing from enemies. This stat was also increased by quality.
My gem now has no quality, no quality effects, and no stats. I'm not sure if its even working.

Mine still has quality, but doesn't show stats. Definitely not working correctly after patch.
