Azmerian wisps are so slow they feel like Alzheimer wisps

Suggest to change the spirit mechanic to attach to my weapon instead, this way all the monsters killed by myself will have the effect.

Also precursor tablets virtually useless when I get the irradiated boss atlas node. Suggest to give something useful for this tablet, or allow irradiation to stack for +2 level.
