Not gaining books for delirium skill points

After more than 10 delirium runs I'm stucked with 4/8 points. Has anybody have a clue on what to do?

Found the problem. I had 2 unallocated points there were preventing me from get next level of difficulty. Hence I was unable to get the book cause it only drops every increased difficulty.
