Atlas Book is not giving 5 points

I just finished a map and got the atlas book and it says it will give me 5 points when I use it, but that's not what happens. It's still only giving me 2 points.

Same for me. Completed Fractured lake and got the book for which the description stated it would give 5 points. Only received 2 upon use.
