Game Crashes On Power Siphon Use

Exactly as title reads, went through all my waystones trying to use my skills. Determined that my game freeze and disconnection was associated with my "power siphon" skill. I mapped skill to different key to be certain that F1 wasn't the problem, but the problem persisted eventually, and game would crash. logging me out and wasting my waystone that are hard to acquire as it is.

Please help GGG

So after reading other threads, I believe the issue is associated with switching weapons, as that is exactly when my issue occurs
