3767585972 -- Trial of Chaos mobs occasionally spawn on exit platform, unreachable

Upon clearing all other mobs in the first room of Trial of Chaos, found that one had spawned atop the exit platform. I found no practical way to damage him consistently and instead had to let the traps kill me to leave the trial.
