Count Geonor - Act 1 Cruel - No Drops when killing boss and dying at same time

I killed the Count Geonor but died at the same time.
So I made the respawn before the ending of the dialogue between Hooded One and the Count.
When I went back to the arena there was no loot and no dead count.
However the mission was completed.
I agree with the mission being accomplished, but I think that, or the dialog pause and return after the player arrives back to the arena, or just appear the loot on the ground and it was like I skip the dialogue.

Also, there should be a way to fast forward or skip these dialogues as there is to skip the cinematic scenes. Maybe press ESC to finish dialogue.
