Cant use syphone strike on monk

Currently unable to use a spell i was using last time i logged on, the page to look at the skill/spell is telling me its unavailable and the weapon set log is bugged to some level, have photo but dont know how to add, kind of pc illiterate, have one if requested through email [Removed by Support]
