Embitter & Elemental Conflux bug after 0.2.0g fail?

I use Lightning Spear + Sacred Flame Shrine Sceptre + Embitter (Support Gem) + Elemental Conflux.

Before the failed 0.2.0g update, I reached around 100k with any buff from Elemental Conflux (out of combat – in Hideout).

After the update, the numbers changed to 101k with Lightning Buff, 98k with Fire Buff, and 78k with Cold Buff (from Elemental Conflux).

I think this might be a bug after the update or something, because now Embitter only receives the buff from the Sceptre :/
