Lost 2 Greater Jeweller's Orbs When Canceling Sale with Alva

While interacting with Alva, I initiated a sale involving 2 Greater Jeweller's Orbs. Before finalizing the transaction, I decided to cancel the sale. However, upon cancellation, the orbs disappeared from my inventory and did not return to my stash.

Steps to Reproduce:

Initiate a sale with Alva, including 2 Greater Jeweller's Orbs.

Before completing the transaction, cancel the sale.

Observe that the orbs are missing from both inventory and stash.

This occurred on April 30, 2025, around 10:00 PM (GMT+7, Thailand time).

I have checked all stash tabs and inventory slots; the orbs are not present.

No error messages were displayed during the process.

I understand that item restoration may not be possible, but I wanted to report this issue to assist in identifying and resolving potential bugs.
