can't start game (after patch always message 'connection failed'

While getting new patch, patch was interrupted.

When i want to start the game now,i always get the message 'Connection to patch server failed before completed. Please try again'.

I new that patch was rolled back, but what can i do (delete a special file or other things), that i can start the game again.

The servers are not yet back online.
