A skill gem disappeared after the 0.2.0g patch

Hi

I was running two Skeletal Storm Mage gem stones at the same time, both had 5 sockets and level 19, one was corrupted another wasn't

After the patch I can't find the not corrupted one anywhere, not on my character where it was before the patch, not in the skills tabs in storage

my 6 link Dark Effigy was missing aswell, but now everything disconnected so I think they realized it, at least thats what I hope...
