Atlas dont working

Hello, I am a German citizen and I am extremely dissatisfied with you and your service. I spent part of my impressive savings on Path of Exile 2 and realized that the game does not work. I purchased your game on April 12th and spent 240 hours in it. My nickname is Poliworg, or more precisely Poliworg#5464. Throughout this time, I encountered a huge number of bugs, at least the fact that dead enemy units were chasing me, to the point that Atlas, when opened, is completely covered in fog and the map simply does not rotate. Re-entries do not help, either in the game or in the previous location. I have to wait an indefinite amount of time, which means I lose a huge amount of my character's progress. Please sort this out and compensate me for the moral damages and terrible service you provided me. I will also duplicate this message in German later, just in case, don't be surprised. Hire, if possible, Beta Testers, so that they check the functionality of the game.
