why is this happening?

So i was playing and i checked my inventory. I was wearing the tempest hide raider plate which requires level 16 and 34 strength, it also has equipped a lesser iron rune and 4% quality and the armor is 145. When i opened up my inventory for some reason that armor was telling me that i cant wear it and its stats would be ignored. But the issue is that my warrior is level 29 and has 61 strength???? what am i supposed to do? please help me
