Can't loggin/ Stuck in loading screen to chaos trails

After beating the third Boss in the Trial i open an own Portal AT the End where u collect rewards. I came to Zikkurat an then wanted to go back to the trial for the Master. In this Loading screen i am Stuck and can't login. I restarted many times and im still Stuck in the same Screen. I Play on an Xbox Series X. I can login with other Charakters.
