Explosive shot stopped working for explosive grenades

Yesterday everything worked fine. Today my explosive shot only detonates oil and gas. It has stopped detonating explosive grenades altogether and no amount of crafting new gems is sorting the problem. My build relies on being able to detonate explosive grenades, rendering it useless as it stands.

No gear was changed, nothing added or taken away and passives untouched from it working to now not working.

I'm open to any suggestions.
